Florida law permits a fee of up to $25 for each online notarial act. Our rate of $15 for each additional online notarial act or separate notarial certificate reflects our preferred pricing structure. Additional signer verification, platform processing, witnesses, and after hours appointments are separate service charges. Appointments are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. Additional fees may apply when an appointment exceeds 30 minutes or when a signer is late and additional appointment time is required.
