After more than two decades in the Human Resources industry, Ava Bruce understands people, processes, and professionalism like few others can. Her background in HR shaped her into a trusted advisor, someone known for navigating sensitive matters with discretion, care, and confidence.
Commissioned as a notary since 2008, Ava often found herself supporting clients not just with policies and paperwork, but with life’s meaningful moments such as employment verifications, travel documents, medical authorizations, and estate planning signings.
What began as an extension of her HR work blossomed into a purpose-driven mission: to provide notary services with heart, dignity, and a human touch delivered with structured professionalism and clear communication.
