How much does a mobile notary appointment cost?

A standard mobile appointment starts at $30. This includes one $10 notarial act and a separate $20 mobile service and travel fee for locations within ten miles of our Boynton Beach service location. Additional notarial acts are $10 each. Other charges may apply for additional travel, witnesses, urgent or after hours appointments, parking, tolls, or extended appointment time.

How long is a standard mobile notary appointment?

Standard mobile notary appointments allow up to fifteen minutes for straightforward notarization needs. Appointments involving multiple documents, multiple notarial acts, additional signers, witnesses, or other special circumstances may require additional time or a different appointment type.

How are travel fees calculated?

Travel within ten miles of our Boynton Beach service location is included in the standard mobile service fee. For locations beyond the included radius, additional travel is charged at $1 per mile based on round trip mileage beyond the included distance. Parking and tolls may also apply when necessary.

Yes. Mobile appointments are available at hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and other care settings. The signer must personally participate in the notarization, communicate with the notary, willingly sign or acknowledge the document as required, and satisfy all applicable identification and notarial requirements.

Can you provide a witness?

Witness service may be available for an additional $35 when requested in advance. Witness requirements depend on the document, and some documents may require more than one witness. Please advise us of any witness needs before the appointment.

Do you prepare or review documents?

Notary services do not include legal advice or legal document preparation. Your documents should be complete and ready for notarization before the appointment. Discretionary discounts may be available on eligible service fees for senior citizens and active or retired United States military members. Please ask when scheduling.
