Florida law permits a fee of up to $10 for each traditional notarial act. Travel, mobile service, witnesses, urgent scheduling, and after hours appointments are separate service charges. Appointments are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. Additional fees may apply when an appointment exceeds 30 minutes or when a signer is late and additional appointment time is required.
