• I acknowledge that Five Star Notary Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. I am solely responsible for selecting the appropriate apostille service for my needs.
• I confirm that all information I have provided is true and accurate. I understand that Five Star Notary Service is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues resulting from errors or deficiencies in the original documents.
• Original documents are required for processing unless Five Star Notary Service explicitly states otherwise.
• The selected service tier includes government fees, which are non-refundable once the apostille process has begun.
• FedEx 2-Day return shipping is included at no additional cost for U.S. domestic addresses only.
• International shipping is not included and will be billed separately based on destination. These fees must be paid in full before shipment.
• Five Star Notary Service is not liable for delays caused by mail carriers or shipping providers and government agencies or third-party services.
• Full payment is required upfront before any documents are submitted to the appropriate agency for processing.
• Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of submitting the request. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• If translation services are required by the destination country or requested by the client, they will be quoted and billed separately.
• This service is non-transferable and provided exclusively for the client submitting the request.
