How Immigration Form Assistance Works

Five Star Notary Service LLC helps individuals complete selected immigration forms by entering information exactly as provided during a virtual or mobile appointment.

This service is designed for clients who already know which form they need and want professional administrative assistance entering their information. Attorney referred clients are also welcome.

When an attorney is involved, all legal guidance, form selection, and instructions must come directly from that attorney.

The client remains responsible for selecting the correct form, providing complete and accurate answers, reviewing the completed form, signing it, and determining where and how it should be filed.

A Clear Three Step Process

The appointment is structured to keep the process clear while ensuring that every answer comes directly from the client or the client’s licensed attorney.

1

Identify the Form

The client or licensed attorney identifies the specific immigration form before the appointment begins.

2

Provide the Information

During the appointment, the client provides each answer directly while the information is entered into the selected form.

3

Review the Completed Form

The completed form is returned to the client for review, signature, legal review when needed, and filing.
