  • Yes, for documents that require witnesses (such as wills or certain powers of attorney), it is typically the client’s responsibility to provide them. However, if you need help arranging witnesses, please let us know in advance so we can discuss options.

  • If you have additional signers or documents beyond what’s included:

    • Additional signer: $10 each

    • Additional notarization (stamp): $10 each

  • Most estate planning notarization appointments take about 30 to 55 minutes, depending on the number of documents, signers, and whether witnesses are present and ready.


    We are available to meet you at your home, business, a neutral location such as a restaurant or coffee shop, or at nursing homes and hospitals.

  • No. As notaries, we are not authorized to give legal advice or draft documents. We strictly provide notarization services to ensure your documents are properly signed and executed.

  • We provide mobile estate planning notarization in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. For online notarization, we can assist clients anywhere that accepts remote online notarizations.

    • Ensure your documents are complete and reviewed (by your attorney, if needed) before the appointment.

    • Have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID ready.

    • Arrange for witnesses if required.

    • For online notarization, ensure that your device’s camera, microphone, and internet connection are functioning properly in advance.
